I went out to Lewisville last week and got my butt handed to me. I used to do really well out there this time of year but it seems like the fish don’t do what they used to. I found some fish in an area along with a bunch of other boats but still found a few. I used small jigs and found most fish in timber from 8-17 ft. The wind was blowing good also which limited me to where I could fish. I made a short video below of some of the fish I caught. I hope you all enjoy!

It's real hit or miss for me lately. Last Monday evening I had a real good bite. Saturday morning could hardly get bit. Then Sunday afternoon had a good steady bite and quality fish. They are trying to transition and there is a ton of bait to complete with.

I agree on the transition comment. Man what a summer though. We pulled a [censored] ton of fish out of the lake.

I only fished it a couple of times and struggled each time. I used to fish Lewisville more than any other lake several years back and it fished easier. Places that held fish then don't seem to now. You could limit off of the toll bridge in Oct in years past. I think I have only caught 3 or 4 fish off it in the last 3 years now LOL. This could also be because I tend to not fish it as often though.
