If you live down in South Texas along the coast maybe you can help with this. When the Coast Guard catch Mexicans Illegally fishing in certain offshore waters from these boats, I assume these boats are confiscated. Are they? If so, what do they do with them? Sell them in auctions? If you know, please chime in.
