Brother in-law in town Sunday and Monday, where would you go within 2 hours DFW?

Sunday might be tough (two days after a significant cold front)
Monday could be great
For LMB, Iโ€™d go to Tawakani both days
Big tournaments and week before big tournaments on Texoma, Lewisville, and Fork

If itโ€™s fishing tough (Sunday), then just go for white bass and hybrids

Take some rattle traps and 3/8oz spinner baits

PK I agree would be a very good choice.
Might want to consider Squaw Creek for numbers as well, it has started to get good......real good

Cooler weather could help, but I was out at PK last Friday, and it was tough. Caught a couple of dinks, a 3 lber mixed in a school of striper, and managed one 5 lber. I have a club tournament out there in a couple of weeks, so I was checking out some new-to-me-water, but still, it was slow.
