I honestly do, I think if she walked in and it was a white guy she wouldn't have been so scared and shot him. Not that hard to believe. I think she would have backed out of the apartment. Not saying she is a monster but a lot of white people are scared of black people.
So you are saying that Cops are basically afraid of black people, seriously! Hell yes, a lot of them are. I didn't say ALL. A lot of them , YES. Especially a 110lbs chic. Its SSOOO hard to believe that it might have made a difference if he was a white dude? Im not condemning her but just stating reality and not believing this " I don't even see color" garbage. You sure as hell bring up white folks a lot it seems lately- Very telling of who may be racist- Just what I see-

What I don’t agree with is the attorneys saying this is for Trayvon Martin and all the others killed by cops. Complete different situation. I know my opinion will not be accepted but it is my opinion.
I also believe the attorney even stated Michael Brown out of Fergusion, MO. He was no where near the person as Jean Botham and should not even been mentioned during this moment. I can also see if he mentioned the innocent kid that was killed by the Balch Springs Police Officer. I respect if he used this moment to list the upstanding unarmed citizens that were wrongfully killed by police officers.

The only person's opinion I care about on this matter is my own opinion. I really don't need to hear what Dale Hansen or anyone else has to say. The police investigated the crime. Then the court has made its judgement. One either trust in the general fairness of our legal system or not.
