Can't wait to fish Monday at RR. I've been mowing pasture for the last 4 days and I can't remember it ever being this hot in October. I am excited about Monday. Anyone else going just because of the forecast? I'll be idling across the main lake before sunrise.

I'll be going out over the weekend for sure...ready to hit some fatties in the fall with big worms and swimbaits.

But it wasn’t 40+ days in a row of mid to upper 90’s.

We got rain last night north of 380 and this morning was the coolest morning in a while. I'm split this weekend. I'm fishing tomorrow and Sunday but I'm not sure where between Bonham, Texoma, or Ray Roberts. The Pan Handle is cooling down so Texoma might be getting good.

I am going in the morning, it was 65 this morning at the house. We live very close to Johnson Branch.

See you on the lake and have a great day!

A lot could change in a week, but check out the current forecast for next Friday and Saturday.
