Progressive is not renewing my boat insurance because I use it for commercial use, even though I'm not guiding, hauling personel or cargo. I had insurance through Worldwide, but they are struggling to come up with a commercial carrier. I run a marine air conditioning company and use it strictly for transportation from one service call to the next. Any leads are appreciated.

I'm wondering where the thousands of people working in the marine trades are buying their boat insurance. My case can't be that much difference.
As of now, my boat is uninsured. One positive thing out of this. I got to looking at my RV policy and saw where they are charging me over $1000 a year for coverage. I went to my auto insurer and got a RV policy for $600 a year. $400 savings. Good bye, Progressive. I was going to move my coverage on three vehicles and a condo, and guess what.. Progressive isn't going to get that either. Enjoy, Progressive
