Sooo does any one know WHY raymarine dragonflys are on extended back order with no release dates ? Or are they sooo old they are being fazed out ? been looking cant seam to find anyone that sells & have them in stock

No idea why but I love mine. The regular 2D is fine and the same as the other brands in that price range. However the downscan is MUCH better than on my comparable Lowrance.
Not sure why they are not more popular, great units. No idea why you cant find one. Glad mine is working. Maybe they are coming out with a newer model is the best I can think.

I purchased a Dragonfly 7 Pro for the kayak, the transducer model that came with it is too big for the scupper (Jackson big rig) reached out to FLIR/Raymarine and they are sending me a new transducer and adapter plug free of charge... looking forward to using unit soon.
