Gonna be interesting. I bet we will never really know why she shot him. Maybe, just maybe it was an accident. I'm not saying she's not liable, but perhaps that is the reason....stupid accident. I think the sext messages actually help her case. She clearly had one thing on her mind that night, and it wasn't to maliciously kill this dude. I think she made a really stupid mistake. That said, I think people need to be held accountable for their actions, even if they are a mistake. You can't shoot a dude in his own house, accident or not, and just get away with it. The other thing that is inexcusable here, is the fact she didn't try to help the guy after she realized her mistake (which clearly happened basically right away).

WOW, a lot of excuse making for a murderer? it will come out. she knew this guy, guaranteed. I don't see excuses. I see reasons. Whether they are truth or rumor should come out in the trial. But trying to make sense of someone's death does not mean that you are making excuses for them or their killers.

Could be. How many times did she accidentally pull the trigger? She intentionally pulled the trigger twice, hitting him once. She intentionally shot him. It wasnโt an accident. Thatโs why she is on trial. She made a mistake and went to the wrong apartment. A tragic mistake, but a mistake nonetheless, and shot a man eating ice cream on his couch. Just to clear it up a little, did she shoot him intentionally or by mistake? Can only be one way or the other.

Wasn't there some sexting going on between partners? yes and some texts were not able to be recovered. Snapchats also, sounds like some dirty pics. Were the dirty pics recovered? After the trial those would be public record right? haha I think they would be public record as soon as they are entered in the trial, unless sealed by the judge. However, none appear to be recovered.

What channel is showing the trial? NBC 5 app has it live. Most of the local news channels are streaming as well as the Dallas morning news app.

The trial is to decide if she spends 30 years vs 10 years in jail. It will also will affect the amount the city of Dallas pays as she probably is broke.

Most guys on here or not very picky Fouz and the rest couldn't do the job anyway.
