Are the 10 packs on Amazon any good or is everyone using the $10 a piece ones from the tackle stores?

I bought the Tatuo ones from Amazon with the band to hook over your reel handle and love them. I think there were 8 for $23. Really like them even though I've got the rack in the storage area. Keeps them from getting tangled.

I buy the cheap ones from Amazon, $1.99 each in bulk. But then I seem to loose a lot especially when trailering and they are strapped on the coangler side.

I like the Rod Gloves from academy. The heat shrinked ends seem to tangle less than the folded ones with eye rings in the end. They are $5.99 ea, unless they are found in sale.

I had a bunch that were too long so I cut them down and used heat shrink tube to reseal the ends. Worked just fine

How often you guys have to cut treble hooks out of your rod sleeves? Is there one that doesn't get hooked so easily?

I use shorter socks - 6' on a 6'6", etc. I also keep my baits hooked onto my reels or cut off if I believe they have a chance of getting tangled. Even with all that, I still have the occasional one get hung and make life hell......

RodWarrior USA.
Veteran owned, high quality neoprene sleeves. I have yet to break a guide since I switched to these.
Huge range of colors and sizes. You will not be disappointed.
