Nick, time to man up, take one for the frau. Man up, have a couple beers, drive her home after letting her have fun. Enjoy it, laugh, smile even it it ain't fun. But it's what we do to make the other one happy. It will pay off in the end.

I suggest you occasionally take your wife out and do what she want or she will find someone who will. Let her have a good time and you keep it to 3 or 4 beers and drive. You can control yourself cant you. Solid advice Yep, most people on here would be better off if they take what I say as gospel

Your wife wants to go....I'm sure she does stuff for you she doesn't want to do. Go. Uber there and home. The Uber is a fortune there and back out here When the Uber arrives tell him you will pay him 60% of the quoted rate in cash. He will turn off the app and take you home. Fun tip, Uber drivers, esp on longer drives, get less than half of what you pay for the trip. They are more than happy to turn off the app and work for cash.
