This will be anon-rain event for Northern ETex like Tyler/Longview. It has all the making. Weathermen keep backing up the forecast and pack-peddling. Classic 100% rain one day, then 60% the next, then it will drop to 30%

I should have specified N. ETX. They had them getting around 10" yesterday. NPR is not what it once was since the guy that had the radio show and I'll he did was read a book. Dan90210 knows all about it.
