Just saw an update this morning on facebook, apparently no charges were filed. They posted the district attorneys contact information and asked for the fishing community to call him and "let him know you want something done".

No charges filed is setting a great standard... now we all know that if faced with this circumstance one may as well go ahead and throat punch the fella ramming your boat.

They still have claims court in Oklahoma. I can't imagine that a judge would not reward the victim at least cost of damages.

and If the kids in the boat had done something and hurt the guys in the other boat they probably would have gotten in trouble.. When people get away with [censored] like this it they will do it again...

Sounds like a tournament needs to be held on the lake. The whole lake will be off limits, except that marina.

With that much damage done to the boat and motor ain't no way in he** that "nothing" would have been done about it to those 2 individuals... unless there is a "LOT" that we don't know about concerning the "hows" and "whys" of this thing.
ie. maybe those teens "started or instigated it" and then they only show the "videos" that make them look "innocent".
I would sure love to hear the cops side of it all!!

Absolutely ridiculous. If you rammed another car repeatedly because they were in your driveway, you would most likely get ticketed or possibly arrested. How does doing this on the water have no consequences?

No way would i keep my boat in that marina or give that marina any of my bisiness until something is done. If i had a boat in that marina I would be callingnthe D.A.s office everyday. So im guessing the 1 guy that reported he had video of the susoect taking a hammer to his boat was fake news?
