 boatlanes download help

I payed for the boatlanes download, but the zip folder only has a .usr file and it shows it should have a .gpx file as well. Can someone help me out with this, the contact us page or the email does not work and I need help.

They have a great product but their website needs a serious update. I don't think I have ever tried to download a product off the website that actually worked. You should have received contact info after you paid for the download. If i remember correctly there was a phone number and an email. They have always been very good at getting back to me almost immediately. I will look through my email and see if I still have a receipt with a phone number.
