We get frozen food delivered, part of our Nutrisystem orders. They send it in these thick styrofoam containers with a bag of dry ice that is approx. 12 x 12. The containers seem to do a good job. 3 days of shipping and there is still some dry ice (little bit) and the food is still frozen. Once it took almost 4 days a few items were beginning to thaw. I kept a few of the containers if you would like one, you can have it. But anyway, if the styrofoam container is thick 3" or greater, you can get 3 days of shipping Fedex.

Ok so I went through with whole deal. I purchased a 15-1/2'' cooler and shipped 2 bags of frozen crappie filets with dry ice to my buddy back home he said it was still solid when opened it after a 2 day ride. On Thursday he packed up 10 plus pounds of frozen meat, shipped it back to me using the 2 day return label I prepaid. He took the PERISABLES box to the FedEx drop off at office depot. They took the PERISHABLES box and the 2 day label and stored it in a container waiting until Monday to send this way. My daughter ran home from school real quick like to check it and she said it had thawed out but didn't look or smell bad and she put in the freezer. I really hope I didn't loose all that sausage. We failed to ask for Saturday shipment (didn't know to). Should've told him to wait until Monday to send it back.
