Looks 100% better then it did before. Is it new asphalt or reclaimed asphalt?

did they dredge the ramp and take all the sand off? Nope. SWEPCO does not "own" the ramp itself only the lot,approach and staging area. County owns the ramp/old road. They have talked to the county with no progress so far. One of the pic's I posted was of the silted in ramp.
