I know there's nothing to it, but that's 2 hours missed fishing time. But now you went and made me feel lazy so ok, I'll have all the stuff with me. Thanks CCTX! Aaand he wants it done right

I half a** stuff usually.

I figure if you show up with the tools/ items, we could knock it out in two hours working as a team
Launch boat
Watch a ten minute YouTube video on carpeting trailer bunks
1 hour to remove old carpet
1 hour to install new carpet
Pay to have the boat moored at the marina over night as the glue sets
I redid mine a few years back and just unbolt them and use a staple gun not glue to put new ones on then drill in the bolts. I just launched boat at ramp and left it tied up for the short time we needed it off the trailer. Go ahead and buy new treated 2x4's and have the carpet stapled to them so you only have to take boat off, remove old bunks and put new ones on.
