You will have to change your playmates and playgrounds to avoid those old habits. Just like outfishdya said, stay within your support group, learn from them and things will work out.
It's been 23 years for me. Hard to believe.

You got this Brian it is simple just don’t drink if you have any issue with over indulging. Heck my wife and I have not had one drop of alcohol since January. We did not stop because we had any issue over indulging but because we wanted to get healthier and slim down a bit. I don’t know if this is a permanent thing for us or not but to be honest I don’t miss it at all.

I went to La Hacienda ranch treatment facility for alcholoisim rehabilitation.
Dang I feel better without liquor in my life.
