Thats great news. I was thinking 2k.

Me? I hate the car. I would not take it for free. But its a good car for someone. And those tires we just bought those so... thats nice.

Chicks (and especially clingers) really dig it when their dude uses a lot of “we” phrases.

I'm very surprised she hasn't taken your truck and put you in the civic.

I loved mine when I bought it a decade ago. Now I kind of hate being in it. It’s still a lot of fun to drive. Light clutch, zooms around, especially when you get the RPMs up. It was perfect for me when I bought it. My wife has enjoyed driving it, but we are looking to get rid of ours too.

Ha!!

Shes scared to drive my truck. That little Civic is the only car she's ever really driven.

I'm trying to get her used to the idea of maybe getting a small SUV. At least a full size sedan. Something I can fit in. My head hits the roof in the Honda if I don't do a severe gangster lean.

Look at this base modeL LX coupe at my store. We do not haggle on internet pricing. I promise this car will be gone in a few days. Those old Civics are gold on the used car market. There is always someone wanting one for a young driver for a first car. You will be amazed at how quickly it sells

Personally I would put it online at $4500 and go from there

Here are your comps on Craigslist for 2006 to 2008 civic si

https://dallas.craigslist.org/searc...in_auto_year=2006&max_auto_year=2008

One or two of those have salvage titles also

Wow. That one youve got for sale looks almost identical to hers. Except the paint on hers sucks.

Hers has 50k more miles but looking at those comps its not crazy high. That is extremely helpful information thank you for sharing that. Wonder if spags was giving me the price he wanted to pay me for the car LOL. Just ribbing ya Spags.

You guys have been very helpful. Definitely a lot of good information here. I knew the Civics hold their value well but I never would have guessed it would have been worth more than 2500 or so.

I was gonna say you'd be lucky to get $2000-$2500 given the paint. If Brian says upper 2-s, then I'd list it for $3k and take the first offer over 2500 that showed up.

Market for commuter cars is down since gas is so low. If gas jumped to $4/gallon, that car would be worth $5k instantaneously.

Hold off a week. The Saudi’s just shut down 50% (5 million BBLs day) of their production due to drones attacks. Speculators say oil could double. Or will it?
