Just got fitted for new irons. It's nice to have someone help you and get you the right club for you. Took some time but excited. After going through different heads and shafts I went with the Callaway Rogue X with Recoil 4S 450 stiff shafts. Once I settled on that I hit 16 shots with it set up and averaged 180 with the 7 iron and straight or slight draw. I've always had a draw but sometimes it would get away from me. These feel better than any club I've hit.

Stiff shafts helped my game too!

We have a bunch of fancy sets of clubs here in the office. We are allowed to borrow them anytime. They just ask we not keep them for more than week and bring them back clean. We have several sets of those Rogue X ones. I have not tried them yet.

Callaway sends tons of them to us to test and give them feedback on....and as kind of a perk since we buy 500,000 clubs from them a year. I am not a serious golfer but the guys who work here who are serious golfers love that perk of working here. You always have the latest and greatest.

I'm very inconsistent. Never really got a handicap. The distance is great but I'm more excited how consistently straight or igjt draw I had with these.
