You must 1st have the latest software update 16.0

To achieve the trolling motor control dashboard:
1. Go to settings
2. Scroll down to Communications
3. Scroll down to wireless devices
4. Scroll down to Garmin Trolling Motor
5. Make sure your trolling motor is powered on

Go back to the home page

To achieve the Go-To feature:
1. Go to charts
2. Go to fishing charts
You should now see your trolling motor controls
3. Cursor over to a waypoint. You will see it populate
4. Hit the select button on the graph and you will see a toolbar at the top
5. Scroll over to the Go-To tab and turn it on by clicking on it
6. You are now on full map with your trolling motor controls at the top with a blue line around the map. You also see a trail from your boat icon to your waypoint
7. Hit the Focus button on the graph and that will move the blue box from map to the trolling motor controls
8. Scroll over to the trail icon and click it to turn it on
9. Scroll back to the prop and click on it to turn the prop on and away you go to your waypoint.
10. Once you get to your waypoint the prop shuts off and you float away from your spot. You must hit the anchor manually. I am working closely with Tech Support and my Garmin Educator informing them of this missing piece. There should be an arrival mode where as you start to arrive to your waypoint the motor powers down gradually as you get closer and then the motor will then anchor you quietly and efficiently without going in reverse and go full throttle washing out your spot. I hope to see a software update soon to include this feature.
