Looks like a queen palm that hasn't been trimmed. Hard to tell so many palms out there. I used to work all across the southwest dealing with utility vegetation and palms were some of the most occurring species especially in Phoenix and Vegas.

Looks similar to an Indian Date Palm. Hardy in Zone 9-11 to about 15 degrees.

It's for sure not a queen, sable, or Mexican palm. I've owned those in the past, and these trees (I have 4 of them) are completely different. From what I can see on google Kattelyn's guess or the Indian Date palm guess are the top contenders.
