I'm pretty sure Fork has never been 12' low since it has filled up. I know for a fact it hasn't been that low in the past 5 1/2 years.

I'll be fishing Saturday and Sunday. Hope I win a raffle because I have zero chance on cashing in an hour.

Yes. Sealy Outdoors "big bass splash" draws the largest crowds. It is no longer the McDonalds tournament, it is Sealy Outdoors.

You need to try the Corner Grub house in Sulpher Springs, they are awesome.

Lost my place to stay or was going to fish it.
If anyone knows of hotel or trailer/cabin for rent, let me know

That happened to us too. Booked a place back in the spring, called a couple weeks ago to confirm and they didn’t have us down. Staying in Sulphur Springs now.

I think it was in 2011 or so? I have no idea what the number was actually. But thats the number he guy I was fishing with was throwing around. All the lakes I was fishing were crazy low at that time. My home lake of Lake Houston at the time looked like an actual mud pit

When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. And mostly what I should have done differently my last trip!

It's a fun tournament. I'm fishing it and the Berkley in October. I really enjoy the Big Bass tournaments because I stay a lot more relaxed and consequently have more fun than I do in a 5-fish tournament. As everybody mentioned, the place will be packed. In some areas you could just about get across the lake jumping from boat to boat, but there are also areas that you have some space.
