tap the break RB, I think people are just hoping it brings some much needed rain. No-one is hoping for a hurricane.

I know what people are wishing for... People who live inland are hoping for a tropical system to move into Texas because they live 300 miles from the coast and they'll get little impact other than rain from a fast moving system..

Rita tore the f___ outta my place, cost me about $30K in losses of timber alone, I was out of power at my house for 3 weeks, my family suffered. I still occasionally am cleaning logs up 12 years later.

Out of power for 8 days after Ike, and isolated away from my family by high water in Harvey for 5 days at work while we were receiving 40" of rain at my house.

I live 75 miles inland so just imagine what others suffered on the coast where millions live.

I generally have you on iggy but since this wasn't sports related I clicked on it to see what you had to say and as usual it was some shallow BS. Tap your own brakes.

Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

I can't remember the last time it rained at my house. I have been in rain storms all around Houston but NADA at my place. The grass is fried. I am hoping for rain to help the trees.

Be safe,
