Steez, I guess you see what you want to see. He had a gun in his hand and the hand came towards the officers. Having already committed one murder, he was not going to get a chance at an officer. I vote for blood spray.

Seems as though they could have stopped the vehicle about 30 different times. That idiot himself could have ended that chase peacefully at any time- He deserved what he got and I think it was exactly what he wanted-

HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!

Steez, I guess you see what you want to see. He had a gun in his hand and the hand came towards the officers. Having already committed one murder, he was not going to get a chance at an officer. I vote for blood spray. Not at all. I never want to see someone’s life ended. Period. I’ve had two years of it and it never gets easy to see. That said, an eye for an eye is justice. I guess. I said I couldn’t tell what flew from his hand, and now knowing what it was, I still can’t tell what it was via the helicopter video. I am using an iPhone to watch it though.

I've paused the video several times. Can't tell if the object is a gun & have to rely on the news reports.
If he was holding a gun, then he brought those consequences on himself.

Set the speed to .25 and watch. You can clearly see it is a gun flying out of his hand.

Thanks, Billy

Seemed like lots of cross fire going on too. Red dirt spraying every which way. Looks to me like the officer on the left when the suspect was aiming towards the curb, opened fire with his fellow officers in the back ground, then panned to the right with the day care in the back ground. Lots of craziness and lots of thoughts to all those involved. Like Steez, glad justice was served but sorry for the loss of life. Not saying he didn't deserve it one bit if he did murder someone, but I'm sure he just orphaned a child or 3 and somewhere there is a grieving family. Cant fix stupid.

I too hate to see the loss of life, but if he's a murderer running from the cops with a gun in his hand his life was lost a long time ago to his own choices, not to the bullets. Either way sad for the family and glad no officers were hurt in the incident.
