I’ve fished Fayette many times but only between February and June. I’m wanting to plan a trip this Fall but want to avoid seasonal turnover.

When will I find a consistent Fall pattern? Would you recommend October or November?

Thanks.

Jarrod...Late October through late November is usually awesome for bass. We need to get a few cool fronts to start cooling the water down. I really like to think about it this way...when hunting season starts, so does bass season on Fayette...

Heck, FCL puts out so much hot water that "Fall" could be October through April.

In the northern hemisphere, the current fish should have been able to be caught, because the fish has already laid eggs at this time. You try to find more?

We wrecked them a few years back on a frog in November. Super fun day of fishing.

Most months are good on Fayette. But when the weather starts cooling you can have chances on catching 50-100 fish a day, instead of 15-30 on average.
