My hat is off to anyone that did well out there. Yesterday was about as tough as I've seen Fork in a long time. I coiuld not locate baitfish at all. Everywhere I went it was barren. Operator error most likely.

We were out there all week and saw bait fish and gar even a couple bass coming full out of the water. One almost landed on the deck while idling thru Pope’s boat ramp area. Sticky, White Oak, cove south of LFM all had balls of bait fish and suspended fish under them but no bites on drop shot, spinner, jig, big worm, small worm, weight less plastics and finally one on a square bill before loading up to come home. I’ll remember to not burn any vacay this time of year again. Too hot and too tough.

More than I have ever seen there before. The bow fishers have been slacking this year.

Caught several small fish, got a phone call mid morning my son had been in a Polaris ranger accident so we loaded and hauled it back to West Texas. Was tough fishing in general.

My Partner caught & Released a little Gator on a frog, definitely an over. I trashed my lower unit. We caught a few little ones + a gar. Good news was that neither of us got heat stroke trolling into Oak Ridge.

Thank you sir for the well wishes, He is fine, he had surgery on his spine in April so we were very worried about him but all is well. His friend had a compound leg break and was Care Flited and had surgery last night and is doing fine.
