Save the animated .gif to your computer, shorten the URL to around 10 characters or less, then post.
Your problem is coming from the jacked up URL you are using.

Save the animated .gif to your computer, shorten the URL to around 10 characters or less, then post.
Your problem is coming from the jacked up URL you are using. You just post it? You don't have to use the "insert image" or "upload inline image" that is under the quick reply button?
