Took my wife’s uncle to go look for some fish this morning. 1 throw and we had bait. Chunked the crappie back and headed to our first spot. No wind today so we power drifted along the old dam in the main lake. Uncle David thought he was hung up at one point and was trying to get unhung when the line started swimming off! Fish on I sez! Uncle David got him in and it turned out to be nice little flathead. We ended up with 15 eater blues, several channel cats, and 1 Yella. We caught the Flathead with a live Bluegill on a planer board in 30 ft. Everything else came off chopped Gills. We were off the water by 10 am. All fish CPRd to fight another day.
