Said it on here years ago alot of these thieves are people we fish next to ! We can blame the meth heads all we want. Well he could be a meth head too.  I agree as well.

Don't be surprise, years back, Louisiana had a Game Warren who was stealing outboard motors from boat houses and taking them to Mexico and selling them

Update .... he was arrested and seems he has more charges than just stealing a prop. Below was posted on another site.
ÎHONNORABLE 20TH JUDICIAL District-Criminal COURT : Danny L Holloway: Has Circuit-Criminal with 17 cases Trafficking Stolen, Theft of Services 2nd, Theft of Prop 2nd, Identity Theft 1st Degree.
Looks like he is in more hot water than just stealing a prop
