I ran across a fishing video when this guy was going thru rough water and water got in the boat to the point where the water up up to the seats. The boat was a Stratos SS Extreme. I looked at some photos of boats and I have seen boats with drain holes but i have also seen some without them. My question is does the Stratos and Triton boats not have a drain hole. And if they didn't how would the water drain out from heavy rain or from rough waves?

Usually bass boats have either a drain in the floor or an on purpose built imperfectly in the corners of the decking etc and it all drains to the bilge. Out the drain plug or bilge pumps it out.
Most bay boats have scuppers.
