I didn't notice it on any of the fish I caught out there, but maybe it just wasn't brought to my attention.

Look at the last fish on the first page. Bottom left photo. The turquoise spot is clearly visible in this photo. Right where the top of her gill meets her head.

On the Camelots we stocked it seems the "unique" spot is more distinguished in younger fish. Not all have it.

You can't see it in many of those photos due to shading, sunlight and the angle at which the fish was held. lol.
