September is now upon us! It is also the start of Dove Season! Question of the week! Who will be HUNTING or FISHING?  Side Note: Make sure your Hunting and Fishing Licenses are CURRENT!

I'm fishing . Went for awhile this morning on my local creek. Hard for me to get excited about hunting anything when its close to 100 degrees. Gonna just put a bunch of attention into wet wading creeks until it cools off or I get reacclimated to Texas weather.

Fished every day last week and expect to do the same this coming week, mostly at a local park close to home. Been doing well during heat of the day when everyone else leaves for cooler places. Here is a sample of yesterday record for water bodycatch and release at 22.25 inches.
