Going out to Lewisville tomorrow and will be putting in at the little
Elm boat ramp, is there any where around there to clean and dispose of fish?

Nothing there for cleaning. There is an ice dispenser.

Not that I am aware. The ramp is first class and has a clean restroom, and a hose to rinse you boat.
