Any idea how much it would cost to have motor mounts replaced on 2000 Mercury 225 outboard?

I am not sure, I noticed the main thing that needs to be replaced is the swivel bushings (think that is the name, the swivel where the motor turns when you turn the steering wheel) there is play in the bottom bushing of that swivel. I was out of town when I noticed the swivel bushings were out so I ran it by a dealer he said probably need to replace motor mounts as well but should be ok for the rest of that weekend. I don't know how bad the motor mounts are but it seems that swivel bushings needs to be replaced for sure.

If you replace the motor mounts you might want to consider solid ones. I put them on my Black Max and they eliminated the chine walk for the most part.
