All that they really needed was to have JayC there helping. He’s good with rented mules... roflmao

If you are in fear of your life you are justified... If I have my partner or my son no need for a gun and those dudes would have been in fight for sure.. If I am by myself two on one you bet I will pull my gun out...

My point. I'll take my chances in court.

Why did the guys in fiberglass boat just sit there and take the punishment?

Were they fishing in area they were not allowed to fish?

They guys in the tin boat clearly were out of control, but for the guy in the fiberglass boat to sit there and let them ram him seems as if they were in a prohibited area of fishing.

I would of started my boat and prop wash them like they had never seen

Ya'll talk about them being 18........I'm a little older now and wiser, but I can promise you, when I was 18. I would have been in that john boat whooping that guys [censored] with a damn boat paddle! I was a little crazier in my younger days! lol.

I always have a pistol in my boat. I believe in right to self defend. However, if those boys had pulled a gun that situation most likely would have turned out really really bad for everyone. The dip sheits in the jon boat probably had a gun too. One of the boys pulls a gun and a gun fight ensues. One of the boys ends up dead. Boy with gun probably not good enough on a rocking boat shooting at a moving target to get back to back kill shots before one of the dipshiets has his out and shooting back. Better be prepared to kill and spend a lot of time and money in court for a couple years. There are rights and there are consequences for exercising them.

But like I said before, when I was 18 I was a hot head and would have been on that jon boat striping them with that rod. And I stand by my earlier statement that those boys showed restraint. Call 'em wimps or weak, if they were my boys I'd be happy they came home with just a beat up boat.

Wow... I always have my pistol with me, but in this situation pistol wouldn’t have been needed. By myself or not.. would’ve lost my ever mind on them two idiots. Something set them off, one would assume.

I think the rednecks thought hey these are two young punks and they will not do a thing.... The rednecks probably said you can't fish in here and the young guys being young and dumb said we will fish were we want too.. One thing led to another...The young guys probably never thought in their wildest dreams that some dudes are going to ram my boat... The rednecks were no justified with their response.. I hope they see some jail time.

I don't usually promote violence in any way on the water, but I agree, those guys passive aggressive attitude just allowed those bullies to feed into the fact that they clearly weren't going to do anything. As for the bullies, they are scum of the earth human beings.

While i understand this thinking, hell i would have been in their boat, those 2 bullies easily could have had a gun on them. What would yall being saying about the two boys had they jumped in that jon boat and then both been killed? People are crazy man, i in no way blame those kids, thats what they are, for just trying to get out of the situation. Anyone who says they need their man card removed or they are whimps probably doesnt stop to think for a second what could have happened... damaged boat? getting it fixed is a hell of a lot cheaper than dying or getting their [censored] kicked by 2 older guys who seem to have some tools in their boat.
