How’s the bite right now? Heading up to the lake for Labor Day Weekend and am hoping to get on a few.

It was tough last Saturday.... Our club is a 3 fish limit and we had 3 for 7.36lbs.. The guys that won it were fishing in 14ft. They would not give up anymore info... I know some guys caught the on 1.5 crankbaits in 6 to 10 ft. We are ours on docks..

i flipped a jig all around last weekend.... couldnt get a sniff on it.... once Ipicked up finesse techniques, I could get bites..

this weekend is probably gonna be crazy as holiday weekend kicks on.. I would find another lake if you could.... just because pleasure boaters are going to be every where

Fortunately/unfortunately I’m going up there because of the holiday weekend. My parents have a house up there so it’ll be good to see the family. Planning on getting out early and staying away from the crowds.

You'll be fine for a few hours Friday morning and Saturday morning. Maybe till 9-10 am. Sunday/Monday morning, there will still be waves leftover from Saturday/Sunday evening and night that haven't stopped bouncing off retaining walls.
