Fished solo from just b4 sunrise til 1:00 pm today. Wind was calm, water temp 92-95, cloudy for most of the day & the bite was on fire. Reed beds/trees/dam all had lots of action. I know I caught wayl over a 100 with some real good ones mixed in. Did not take any photos today, but have lots of video footage I need to work on. Try and get it posted by tomorrow night. This was the 1st day I did not drown a single night crawler ! Used Gulp Alive 1" minnows exclusively. Used 2 colors (chartreus/white & watermelon/pearl) but I don't think it made much difference what color I used. Used up 2 full jars & need to order more. Fished them drop shot about 4-6 inches above the weight. The wife was shocked when I came home without worm guts all over my clothes !Thought it was going to be real hot today, but it was really pretty comfortable.
