**ANY TIPS WELCOME!**
A buddy of mine is wanting me to take him and a few of his family members fishin on Lake Lewisville this Saturday since I'm the only angler he knows.
I aint gunna pass up an opportunity to fish, obviously, but I also don't know much about lake Lewisville fishin other than fishing the barge.

We're taking out a fishing pontoon, and I'm wondering if it would be best to aim for crappie or white bass.
If crappie would be the best bet, what are some good spots to look for deep brush?
OR would it be better to aim for the bridges in the pontoon?
I'll take any help y'all can offer. I wanna make sure they catch SOMETHIN! Lol

You can catch fish on the bridges but they aren't the best spots right now. There is brush in typical places protected by south winds mostly. May try to hit the timber by Little Elm as I would bet there are some fish on that right now too. Everywhere you go, I would look in the 15-30 ft range and fish anywhere from 10-25 ft down till you find them and then concentrate on that depth. I would take some minnows as well just in case.

Most of what I am seeing is fish on brush and structure in 18-22' depth as well. Will need to use your electronics to locate. If you are not equipped with electronics, stick to vertical structure like bridges and trees. Good luck

Most likely Cotton Wood Creek Marina in Little Elm.
I believe that’s where their boat is.

Sounds like rent boat situation to me and there are parts of that lake will tear a boat up.
