never was one for jerky. If I want a tough piece of meat to chew on I'll go to Dickeys fast food BBQ Jerky is tuffer’n a dadgum boot

I love me some beef jerky but the price of this stuff is getting to be about the same cost as saffron or gold.
They sure are proud of their product...and I can't get enough of it.
I really need to start making my own as I go through about 1lb a week if not more. AHAHAHAHAH
Right now my favorite is TEXAS SLABS followed closely by Duke's brand sausages.
Buy you a dehydrator and start making your own. Way better than store bought and you control all that goes in it. Super easy to make. Dehydrators are very inexpensive too. Academy has several plus some starter packs to get rolling. Good advice. The only way I eat it. You'll never go back to store bought and will be able to pay your light bill as a result of the savings.

The only store bought we like is actually a Kroger brand that is Korean type BBQ flavor for us it is really good but expensive like all of them. One of the things I like is that it is not so salty like most Jack LInks and other brands. Kroger Korean Been Jerky
