Can these still be found anywhere longer than 4 inches?

Reddish core with chartreuse rings

I haven't been able to find anything online except the 4"

many many years ago the Fishing Store in Garland had them in bulk in the worm bar. I still have a lot of the red with black core 7" ones from there. I wonder if Tommy at Rockwall Marine would know ?

They are getting more and more difficult to find.

9" in red shad here redshad

6.5" in motor oil red glitter here motoroilredglitter

7" watermelon red here: watermelonred

Bonehead Tackle here in Texas has a ringworm mold and ringworms for sale on their website and at Barlow's.

It's in Shreveport but call Bacon's tackle. He has a ton of different older worm models and might have these. 318-686-6309.

Gave him a call, no luck, but he knew what it was but hasn't seen them in a while

Sounds like the old 7" ring rascal that Academy used to sell in 50 packs. I used to work for the supplier to Academy, when the owner passed away I believe the mold was sold and bonehead ended up with it several years later. It was a core shot color, we sold several different colors that were core shot. The color you are looking for was simply called chartreuse red core. There was a tackle supplier that used to supply the DFW area that was called phantom tackle, the mans name was Carrol but I'm not sure what happened to him.

Try KC Injection baits. They specialize in custom colors, not sure if he does a ringworm.
