Very nice! That 25 will be plenty to get you around. I have a 1652 with a 1978 35hp and it gets me where i need to go. My motor is so old its probably equal to a 25hp anyways lol

Congrats on the new sled~  ! That 25 should put it around 30mph or sightly more on the GPS. I've got a 1648 river Flat nose, and get 29 with an E-tech 25, factory prop. That was before I built storage boxes, added an I-pilot Terrova, and all the other gear.

Thats an awesome set up, good lookin boat! My kinda boat.. Love it man, you done good! That 25 hp will push that boat great, solid 20-30 mph all day long  Congrats!

Thanks everyone. Every time I step outside and see her, I get excited. I’ve wanted one like this for a long time. I’m hopping I have the patience to wait to take it out until I get the floor and maybe the sides done. But I know there will always be something to do to make it better. My 1652 has a center console and i have my fishfinder mounted there. It works good when im driving around looking for brushpiles. That being said i spend more time fishing off the deck and wish i would have mounted it to the deck. I only have 1 fishfinder. I see you have 2 i would mount one on the front and the other by where you steer. I would not mount it to the seat instead i would buy a ram mount that clamps to the gunwale. Just my
