Any tips on fork this time of year? Never been out there and looking to go in the next couple weeks.

Getting ready for the Big Bass Splash ?
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.

August and September are pretty tough months to fish fork. Unless you know a spots where fish are stacked up I would not expect good results.

To my point above, I was able to get on the water today. Trolling motor down and went the first two hours without a bite. I then stumbled into a small area where the fish were stacked up. Caught 6 fish in 45 minutes on topwater and then it ended. Struggles for the rest of the day. Most days this time of year that 45 minute window never happens.
