Do any of you know of a guide on Lake Whitney that is specific to largemouth? I know there are several guides for stripers but haven't seen any guiding for largemouth. I would like to learn the lake a little better this fall if there is one. One day with a knowledgeable guide is like 20 trips by yourself in my experience.

I would contact Clay Yadon, with Reel Deal Striper Guide Service, 817-219-3707. He is a striper guide but has guided on the lake for years and will probably know if there is a bass guide on the lake.

I had Don Harper build me a lake chip for my Lowrance. Caught a big one my first day out.....
Cheaper than a guide and I have 20 QUALITY spots. Just another option to think about. Just tell him not to give up my spots!!

It's only a good cast if you catch a fish...

I did the same thing. I'm a fan of Mr. Harper. The man has probably forgotten more about bass fishing than I will ever know.
