Every spring my mother and a couple of brothers spend a week fishing Fork for crappie and have a great time. We always fish the west branch of the lake but have zero experience on the east branch.
We usually go in late March and early April.
Would anyone be willing to point me in the right direction to fish the east branch?
Your recommendations would be very much appreciated!
Thanks,
Panfish

Fish it the same way you would the west fork. Look in the back of creeks, on shallow timber, grass, etc.

Are there any creeks that have vegetation consistently?

Running and Coffee Creek areas are good fishing areas in spring/spawning. I would take a half day trip with
Seth Vanover, Cameron Burkett, or Gary Paris....excellent crappie guides on Fork, book early. fish

I talked to a guide friend and he says everything he does is the west branch. I went and fished the middle around the minnow bucket the other day and in 5 hours caught a catfish (too small) and an 8 in Sand bass
