Rob or anyone else plea se. I am looking for a copy of the s/w update for my SS3D version 18.3 Does anyone have it? I installed 19.1 on my carbon hds 12 and on the ss3d and the down and side scan looks bad, more fuzzy limited range in side scan. I have read on the internet that most folks prefer 18.3 for both the head unit and for the ss3d module. Is that correct or is the main reason I am seeing bad definition mainly caused by the 19.1 update to the head unit? I appreciate everyone's thoughts. I was probably a few versions behind and was encouraged to update by a dealership when we were troubleshooting what turned out to be a bad
transducer that we are replacing.

I believe another update will soon be out for the CARBON, LIVE and Elite Ti2 units. I do not have the old 18.2 update. Always make sure you update the 3DSS ducer first and then the Carbon unit.
