My oldest boy getting on the school team with me as a captain. I've read the rules and but want to make sure I'm gtg on this. I'm off Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday. Is it okay for me to pre-fish by myself or with my fil while he's in class?

Yes, except during the cutoff period you cannot fish.
