Had the best trip of the year today. Picked up Chuck Genesck and his grandkids up at at 6:30. Looked for fish till 7:05. Found them on a flat in 15 fow. Near a drop off
of 24 ft. Never moved the whole trip even though they were on the top a couple of blocks from us. I never go to top water fish when I have them on the bottom, because
I catch a lot more and much bigger fish on the bottom. From 7:05 to 9:30 we put 201 in the boat on the cllicker. Had a kid who had never fished before and he caught
62. The fish on top lasted about 30 minutes for the other guys and they all left and we wacked them till my crew got tried and said we have had enough and we were
still catching them when we come in. all fish caught on ole ugly slabs and flies. Have some openings for the next couple of weeks and then I am going to have some
minor back surgery and will be out of pocket for a couple of weeks. Give me a call at 817-597-6598 . Picture Heavy because they kept no fish.
