What’s up fellas? Wondering whAts new in the world of catfishing. 5 years ago it was rattles. 3 yrs ago it was planer boards and I pilot link for me. Wonder what new gear and/or equipment you guys have recently been using, how you use it, and how well do you like it, and how has it improved or changed your catfishing experience? I will start it off. I got rid of the 2 drift master T-bars that we’re on the back corners of my boat. They mounted into my existing flush mount rod holders. The TBars extended slightly outside my boat and occasionally would get slammed up against a dock or bridge piling and get damaged. Not to mention how many times I’ve snagged or tangled something on them. I replaced both T-Bars with Spider King double outdiggers. No more overhanging equipment to destroy and way fewer snagged cast nets with the outriggers. Planer boards love these spider kings as well. Im a huge gear hound and im hoping some of you guys have some cool gear I’m not familiar with.

Here is a picture of the outrigger rod holders. When I power drift I run 6 out the back with 2 on planers. Great set up for guys who pull boards out the back.
