It starts and runs good. when comes to stop put it to neutral, it just dies down within 20 seconds. RPM less 500 when it is on idle. when restarts, have to put it to gears right away before it dies down. And it only does that on the water, when runs with the muffs at home, it idles really good with RPM 700+, and can runs forever. Any ideas what is wrong? Suspecting the dirty carburetor, because it never get clean before. And need a shop or mechanic suggestion around plano area. thank you guys.

We can check it out. I would do a leak down and then if ok I would pull carbs and rebuild them
