4 BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A 275/55-20 was $760 at Discount tire. Will buy Michelin or Pirelli next time, we the BFG’s are only going 30k miles on a set. The Michelin is about the same the Pirelli is about $5 a tire more.

Have 40k on my TKO's and they still have a lot of tread...and that's with my lead foot daughter driving.

I haven't had a set of the BFG KO A/T since I bought a new pickup in 2012 that had them on it. They lasted 28,000 miles and probably needed replacing before then actually. I've heard the redesigned KO2's are a lot better than the original KO, but I'm not going to try them after the bad luck I had with the first ones. There are many better tires for less money.

It is my understanding that they don’t make The original K/O ‘s anymore .I have the K/O 2 285s on my dodge for about 2 years still have like new tread I barley drive the truck tho lol . They ran about 1100 by the time it was all said and done at discount

Two words...Tar iffs

Domestically produced tires probably increased prices to match the new normal tire prices.

BFG’s ko2 were on sale and had been since December. They were back ordered til god knows when.

I just got accustomed to paying 800-900 for toyos from the warehouse and paying 60 to mount and balance at a tire shop close to home.

Open Country's are the best AT tire in my opinion, I run them on my Jeep. Sorry to say, but you could have got them at a shop here in Gilmer for around $1200.00.

Tundra came from the factory with them. 44k and look like they will go 80 easy. No hwy hum but I do have sound matting in front doors and an aftermarket amp. I remember when Ford would put the original BFG ATs on their 4x4s. I would start looking for a buyer almost as soon as I bought the truck so I could put some decent MTs on it.I really like the Cooper ST Maxx but they are a little pricey. I had a set on my previous truck. I was at Discount last week getting a trailer tire and the dude spoke highly of the new Goodyear ATR they are selling. He said they are quieter than the BFGs. I dont have a noise problem but the BFGs are not the best in the mud. Tires are a compromise.

I got 92,000 miles out of those on my Ford F-150 with one rotation and could have let them go over 100K. Best tires I have ever owned.
